All Teaching staff at Broadway Children's Center are current in infant and child CPR and First AID and have passed a criminal background check.

Our staff participate in Early Childhood Education training courses throughout the year, meeting and exceeding State requirements.

Our staff are the reason for our success! Each classroom is lead by experienced, nurturing, dedicated individuals who are passionate about the field of Early Childhood Education. Our teachers are supported by the full time on site Director, Celeste Probasco-Artharee.

Our Teachers build on a center wide creative curriculum and are able to incorporate their own specials skills and talents into the classroom experience. This allows us to enjoy learning various languages and aspects of culture, musical offerings and fantastic artistic mediums - much to the delight of young creative minds.

We love our team and it shows!

Meet The Director!

Celeste Probasco-Artharee

As the Director and owner of BCC you can expect to find Celeste involved in all facets of the center.

Celeste enjoys being hands-on with the children and participating in the day-to-day activities with them. Celeste started this journey nearly a decade ago with her own little one, and whether it was two children as in the beginning or 50 as it is today, the personal connection and the goal of quality standards remain the same.

Over the course of the last decade Celeste has learned and grown in roles of Teacher, Lead Teacher, Director and Owner. Celeste has a degree in Liberal Studies placing an emphasis in Human Development. She is currently in the process of obtaining a CDA in Preschool Education

Celeste and her husband of 10 years have 4 wonderful sons, 3 school age and 1 preschooler. Her favorite hat to wear is that of Mom. It is in this role she believes to have her most relevant and important experience.  Celeste's vision and approach to childcare is that there is no one way to to meet all children in the way they desire to learn. We must stay open minded, listen to our children and remember that we never stop learning.
